Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use apply to the Android game Puzzle Trio (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are not legally able to agree on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.
2. Permission to use the App
You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the distribution store.
3. Fair and acceptable use
You must not:
- reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use cheats, automation, modified clients, or other methods to interfere with gameplay, advertising, security, or technical operation;
- attempt unauthorized access to the App, its services, or another user's device or information; or
- use the App in violation of law or another person's rights.
4. Game progress and virtual items
Game progress, settings, rewards, coins, boosters, and other virtual items generally exist only within the App and have no cash value. Local progress may be lost if you clear App data, uninstall the App, change devices, or if device data becomes unavailable. We are not required to exchange virtual items for money or property.
5. Advertising and third-party services
The App may display interstitial and rewarded ads supplied by Google Mobile Ads and advertising partners. Third-party content and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing any offer before interacting with it. The App's handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The App and its original software, visual design, graphics, audio, names, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party components remain owned by their respective licensors.
7. App changes and availability
We may update, rebalance, add, suspend, or remove features, levels, virtual items, or support for a device when reasonably necessary. We do not promise that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, serious misuse, security risks, or store requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Changes, governing rules, and inquiries
We may update these Terms when the App or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated appropriately. These Terms are governed by applicable law without removing any mandatory consumer protections available to you. For an inquiry, use the Developer contact mechanism on Puzzle Trio's official app-store listing. These Terms intentionally do not publish an email address.

本利用規約は、Android ゲーム Puzzle Trio（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本アプリをダウンロード、アクセス、または使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は、本アプリを使用しないでください。ご自身で法的に同意できない場合は、保護者または法定代理人が本規約を確認し、同意する必要があります。
2. 本アプリの使用許可

次の行為を禁止します。

- チート、自動化、改変されたクライアント、その他の方法を使用して、ゲームプレイ、広告、セキュリティ、または技術的動作を妨害すること
- 本アプリ、そのサービス、または他者の端末や情報への不正アクセスを試みること
- 法令または他者の権利に違反する方法で本アプリを使用すること
4. ゲーム進行状況と仮想アイテム
ゲームの進行状況、設定、報酬、コイン、ブースター、その他の仮想アイテムは、通常、本アプリ内にのみ存在し、現金価値を持ちません。アプリデータの消去、アンインストール、端末の変更、または端末データが利用できなくなった場合、端末内の進行状況が失われることがあります。当方には、仮想アイテムを金銭または財産と交換する義務はありません。
5. 広告と第三者サービス
本アプリは、Google Mobile Ads および広告パートナーが提供するインタースティシャル広告やリワード広告を表示する場合があります。第三者のコンテンツやサービスには、それぞれの規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。広告や提案に反応する前に、内容をご確認ください。本アプリによるデータの取扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
6. 知的財産権
本アプリおよびその独自のソフトウェア、ビジュアルデザイン、グラフィック、音声、名称、その他のコンテンツは、適用される知的財産法によって保護されています。本規約は、これらの所有権をユーザーに移転するものではありません。第三者コンポーネントの権利は、それぞれのライセンサーに帰属します。
7. 本アプリの変更と利用可能性
合理的に必要な場合、機能、レベル、仮想アイテム、端末サポートについて、更新、バランス調整、追加、一時停止、または削除を行うことがあります。本アプリが常に利用可能であること、エラーがないこと、またはすべての端末や OS バージョンに対応することを保証しません。
8. 免責事項と責任の制限
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、継続的な利用可能性、特定目的への適合性、またはエラーがないことを保証しません。法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じる間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害について責任を負いません。本規約は、法律上排除できない権利または責任を排除するものではありません。
9. 利用停止と終了
本アプリをアンインストールすることで、いつでも利用を停止できます。違法な利用、重大な不正利用、セキュリティ上のリスク、またはストア要件に対応するために合理的に必要な場合、アクセスを停止または終了することがあります。その性質上、終了後も存続すべき条項は引き続き適用されます。
10. 規約の変更、適用規則、お問い合わせ

2. 使用许可

3. 公平与可接受使用
你不得：
- 对本应用进行反向工程、再分发、出售、出租、再许可或商业利用，但适用法律明确允许的除外；
- 使用作弊工具、自动化、修改版客户端或其他方式干扰游戏、广告、安全或技术运行；
- 尝试未经授权访问本应用、相关服务或他人的设备或信息；
- 以违反法律或侵害他人权利的方式使用本应用。
4. 游戏进度与虚拟物品
游戏进度、设置、奖励、金币、道具和其他虚拟物品通常只存在于本应用中，不具有现金价值。清除应用数据、卸载应用、更换设备或设备数据不可用时，本机进度可能丢失。我们没有义务将虚拟物品兑换为金钱或财产。
5. 广告与第三方服务
本应用可能展示由 Google Mobile Ads 和广告合作伙伴提供的插屏广告与激励广告。第三方内容和服务受其自身条款及隐私政策约束。在与相关内容互动前，请自行审阅具体信息。本应用的数据处理方式见隐私政策。
6. 知识产权
本应用及其原创软件、视觉设计、图形、音频、名称和其他内容受适用知识产权法律保护。本条款不会向你转让所有权。第三方组件仍归各自许可方所有。
7. 应用变更与可用性
在合理必要时，我们可能更新、调整、增加、暂停或移除功能、关卡、虚拟物品或设备支持。我们不保证本应用始终可用、完全没有错误，或兼容所有设备和操作系统版本。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不保证持续可用、适合特定目的或完全无错误。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失负责。本条款不排除依法不能排除的权利或责任。
9. 停止与终止
你可以随时通过卸载停止使用本应用。为处理违法使用、严重滥用、安全风险或商店要求，我们可能在合理必要时暂停或终止访问。根据性质应在终止后继续有效的条款仍然有效。
10. 条款更新、适用规则与联系
