Privacy Policy
1. Scope and developer identification
This Privacy Policy applies to the Android game Puzzle Trio (the “App”). The developer is identified through Puzzle Trio and the developer information shown on the App's official distribution-store listing. This page also provides a mechanism for privacy inquiries through that listing's Developer contact section.
2. Information handled by the App
Information stored locally
The App stores game progress and operational preferences on your device, including level progress, earned or spent in-game items, sound and vibration settings, timers, and acknowledgement or advertising-consent state. We do not operate a user-account database for this information.
Advertising and consent information
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display interstitial and rewarded advertising and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and store privacy choices where required. Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Google's configuration, Google Mobile Ads and participating advertising partners may automatically collect or receive:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate an approximate or general location;
- device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID when available;
- the App name, device and operating-system information, language, and network information;
- App and ad interactions, such as launches, taps, ad impressions, and video views; and
- diagnostic information used to operate ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud or abuse.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable law, your choices, and device or Google account settings. The consent interface identifies the advertising partners used for regions where that disclosure is required.
Information the App does not request
The App does not provide an account-registration form and does not ask you to submit your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, messages, photos, files, microphone recordings, camera content, or precise GPS location.
Developer telemetry
The App uses Firebase Analytics to understand general usage and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and stability problems. Analytics may process an app-instance identifier, App version, device model, operating-system version, language, coarse regional information derived from an IP address, App lifecycle, session and screen activity, and events such as completion of game loading and advertising impressions. The App does not set a Firebase user ID, does not send Unity's device unique identifier, and disables Google Analytics advertising-ID collection.
Crashlytics may process a Firebase installation or session identifier, crash time, App version, device and operating-system properties, stack traces, relevant diagnostic logs and, for native crashes, minidump or symbol information. Firebase Remote Config is disabled. The App does not include AppsFlyer, the Facebook SDK, or custom weblog reporting code.
3. Why information is used
Local App data is used to save progress, remember settings, deliver gameplay features, and remember privacy choices. Analytics data is used to measure general App usage and improve gameplay and performance. Crash data is used to identify, reproduce, and fix stability problems. Advertising data may be used by Google and its advertising partners to deliver ads, limit repetition, measure advertising, diagnose technical issues, and prevent fraud or abuse. Personalized advertising is used only when permitted by applicable requirements and the choices available to you.
4. Sharing and third-party services
We do not sell personal information for money. The App sends the telemetry described above to Google Firebase as a service provider and makes advertising-related data available to Google Mobile Ads and the advertising partners identified in the applicable consent interface. Under some privacy laws, personalized advertising disclosures can be described as “sharing” or use for “targeted advertising,” even when no money is paid for the data.
Google's handling of information is described in:
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services;
- Google Privacy Policy; and
- My Ad Center.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, or protect the rights and security of the App. If control of the App is transferred, information within the scope of that transaction will remain subject to this policy or advance notice of material changes.
5. Retention and deletion
Locally stored game data remains on your device until it is overwritten through normal play, cleared through Android's app-storage settings, or removed when you uninstall the App. Advertising-consent information stored on the device can also be reset by clearing App data or through a privacy-options entry point when one is required and available. Firebase Analytics data is retained according to the retention controls configured for the linked Google Analytics property. Firebase Crashlytics generally retains crash stack traces, minidump-derived data, and associated identifiers for 90 days before deletion begins. Google and advertising partners otherwise retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Because Puzzle Trio has no user account or developer-operated cloud save, there is normally no account profile or cloud gameplay record for us to delete. To remove local App data, use Android Settings → Apps → Puzzle Trio → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the App.
6. Your privacy choices and rights
- Use the UMP privacy message or privacy-options entry point when it is shown in the App.
- Use Android's advertising-privacy controls and Google My Ad Center to manage advertising choices.
- Clear the App's local data or uninstall it to remove locally stored progress and preferences.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent.
For a privacy inquiry, use the Developer contact mechanism on Puzzle Trio's official app-store listing. This policy intentionally does not publish an email address.
7. Children
Puzzle Trio does not offer accounts or ask users to submit personal information. The App is not intended to collect personal information directly from children. The App's store target-audience settings and advertising configuration must be selected consistently. If the App is offered to users treated as children under applicable law, age-appropriate advertising, consent, and store-family requirements will apply.
8. Security and international processing
We limit App data handling to what is described here and use platform and service-provider security controls. Network transmissions by third-party services use their supported security measures. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Google and its partners may process information in countries other than your own under their published privacy and transfer safeguards.
9. Legal-page hosting
This legal site is a static site and does not contain analytics tags, advertising tags, cookies set by us, or a contact form. Its hosting provider may process ordinary network request information, such as an IP address and browser headers, to deliver and secure the page under the provider's privacy terms.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised. Material changes will be communicated through the App, the store listing, or another appropriate notice.

本アプリが入力を求めない情報

デベロッパーによるテレメトリ

5. 保存期間と削除

7. 子どものプライバシー
Puzzle Trio はユーザーアカウントを提供せず、個人情報の送信を求めません。本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を直接収集することを意図していません。ストアの対象年齢設定と広告設定は一致させる必要があります。適用法令上、子どもに該当するユーザーへ本アプリを提供する場合は、年齢に適した広告、同意、ストアのファミリー向け要件が適用されます。
8. セキュリティと国外での処理
当方は、本アプリによるデータの取扱いを本ポリシーに記載した範囲に限定し、プラットフォームおよびサービス提供者のセキュリティ対策を利用します。第三者サービスによるネットワーク送信には、各サービスが対応するセキュリティ対策が使用されます。ただし、電子的な保存や送信を完全に安全にする方法はありません。Google およびそのパートナーは、公表しているプライバシー保護措置と国際移転に関する保護措置に基づき、ユーザーの居住国外で情報を処理する場合があります。
9. 法的ページのホスティング
この法的情報サイトは静的サイトであり、分析タグ、広告タグ、当方が設定する Cookie、またはお問い合わせフォームを含みません。ホスティング事業者は、そのプライバシー条件に基づき、ページの配信と保護のために IP アドレスやブラウザヘッダーなどの通常のネットワークリクエスト情報を処理する場合があります。
